Activation times

You can configure the activation times for your webcallback in your cloud space.

Time slots

To add time slots:

  • In your Cloud interface, Click on Configuration / Opening hours.
  • In the Time slot menu that opens, click on “Add a time slot”
  • In “Add a time slot” fill in the fields:
    • Weekday
    • Label
    • Start time
    • End time

  • Add as many time slots as desired.
  • To display the time slots on the Internet reminder form, activate the option at the top of the list.

Holidays

You can add holidays or non-working days, during which your webcallbacks will be deactivated:

  • In your Cloud interface, Click on Configuration / Opening hours.
  • In the Time Range menu that opens, click on “Type of specific days”
    Then click on “Add a day”
  • Then enter a type of day (ex: Public Holidays, Annual closure, …), then click on “Save”
  • The day type now appears in the list. Click on the “Modify” button (white pencil on black background)

  • In the detail that opens click on the green button “Days for this type of day”
  • Then click on “Add an exception” An exception corresponds to a day when the webcallback service will be inactive. Fill in a Name and a Date

  • Save, then continue until you fill in as many exceptions as desired.
