What will I find in the Administration section?

You will find all the necessary indications to create the invitation templates and configure the options of the conferences.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Conferences.
  2. Click on the Notification templates tab.

  3. In the list on the left, choose a notification template that you want to customize.
    The page charges.

  4. Click Add new template.
    .
  5. Enter a name and write a short description.
  6. Click Create.

  7. Customize the template and click Save.
    .

    a.Choose if you want to customize the email or SMS version.
    • One SMS = 160 characters. Beyond this number, the message is divided into several SMS.
    b.Choose a new picture.
    c.Select a language.
    d.Write the content you want in the notification.
    Insert Tags to add specific information about the ticket or the assistance.

    • Google Calendar link : Clickable link to Google Calendar.

    • Yahoo Calendar link : Clickable link to Yahoo Calendar.

    • Conference name : Name given by the organizer when the conference is created.

    • Conference link : Clickable link to the conference.

    • Inviter name : Name of the person who organizes or runs the conference.

    • Scheduled date : Date of the conference appointment.

    • Scheduled time : Hour of the conference appointment.

    • Message : Message the organizer wrote for the guest when he created the conference.

    • Conference password : Password to join the conference.

    • Join by phone : Phone number and password to join the conference.

    e.Add the links of your social networks:

    1. Click Go to company account page and fill in the fields.
    2. Click Save.

    f.Customize the company logo:

    1. In the left-hand menu, click Company then Company account.
    2. Click on the pen.


    3. Choose an image.
    4. Click Done.
    5. Come back to the page of the notification templates customization.

    The image you chose displays in the preview.
  1. In the left-hand menu, click Conferences.
  2. Click on the Configuration tab.
  3. In the menu Conference end, tick the box Sending the end of conference email automatically.

  4. Click Save.

If the guest was invited with a mobile phone number, then, this guest will receive a text message at the end of the conference.

The guests of each conference will receive a message at the end of the session.
This message has a link to download the files shared during the conference.
This link expires after a certain amount of time.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Conferences.
  2. Click on the Configuration tab.
  3. In the menu Conference end, tick the box Allow sharing of shared files from the portal.
    .

  4. Click Save.

After the conference, the organizer can send a new link to the files shared during the session from the portal, on the conference page.
