WebRTC offers encrypted flows between each entity ensuring real-time security and confidentiality of communications. For this, WebRTC relies on the SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol) and DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) protocols.

The applications are currently available in French and English. As for the site, other languages will be added gradually.
No, thanks to WebRTC technology, only a browser is required to use the solution.
However, it is also possible to use our dedicated applications for Android, iOS and Windows.

Browsers require that you allow access to your devices (camera, microphone).

To authorize devices, follow the instructions presented in browser popups:
On Chrome, choose to allow the camera, microphone, and audio.
On Firefox, choose the camera and microphone you want to use and click Allow.
When you take a photo remotely on your customer’s smartphone and the photo obtained is black, check – if it is an iOS phone – that it is not in energy saving mode.
If this is the case ask your client to deactivate the mode and take the photo again.
If you are working on a MacOS, you need to allow the web browser to share your peripherals (camera, micro…)
- In Izeeconf, leave the conference.
- On your computer desktop, click System Preferences icon.
- Click Security & Privacy.
- On the left, click Microphone and Check your web browser box.
- On the left, click Camera and Check your web browser box.
- On the left, click Screen Recording and Check your web browser box.
- Go back to the Conference and activate the video, microphone or screensharing.
- You are in a video conference call.
- You cannot hear the other participants.
You need to refresh the page.
On the upper side, next to the search bar, click:
You are disconnected from the video conference then, automatically reconnected to the conference.
