WebRTC offers encrypted flows between each entity ensuring real-time security and confidentiality of communications. For this, WebRTC relies on the SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol) and DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) protocols.

Windows (7, 8 & 10) : Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB of RAM (Recommended I5 quad-core 8GB RAM)

macOS (from 10.7 to 10.13) : all since 2011

Android (from 4.4) : ARM or x86 Dual-core 3GB RAM (Recommended octo-core 6GB RAM)

iOS (from 8) : iPhone 5, iPad 1

Bandwidth : 300kb / s – 2.4Mb / s (4G recommended)

Camera : all, recommended 720p / 1080p

The site is available in: French / English / Spanish / Italian. Other languages ​​will be added over time.

The applications are currently available in French and English. As for the site, other languages ​​will be added gradually.

No, thanks to WebRTC technology, only a browser is required to use the solution.

However, it is also possible to use our dedicated applications for Android, iOS and Windows.

To authorize devices, follow the instructions presented in browser popups:

On Chrome, choose to allow the camera, microphone, and audio.

On Firefox, choose the camera and microphone you want to use and click Allow.

When you take a photo remotely on your customer’s smartphone and the photo obtained is black, check – if it is an iOS phone – that it is not in energy saving mode.
If this is the case ask your client to deactivate the mode and take the photo again.
